I feel like it will go to the site by the rotary on Quinpool. This type of crane would be useful on this site due to the proximity of the NSP substation. It has Rapicon signage on it, but they rent and are a dealer for Potain, all of Lead’s cranes newish or old had Rapicon on them somewhere. The one used on the TD Reno was a more powerful Liebherr model and likely more of a traveller to jobs.

Has there been any update on the South Park Loft building? Over the summer it looked like the damage had been repaired and work was continuing but the past ~6 months it looks like not much progress has been made.

No photos unfortunately but I did notice the developers are changing their Post-Bonus Height Public Benefit to undergrounding utilities. I drove by the site today and the new lights are being installed. It's quite the improvement so far. With the recent street changes and upcoming Spring Garden Streetscaping this summer the area should have a fresh new look for the post-Covid era.

I walked by this the other day and I didn't realize the back elevation was all brick. It actually looks quite nice for a backside of a building.

It is interesting to contrast this with its next-door neighbor, the Trillium.The Trillium was initiated and designed in 2007, so not all that long ago. But Brenton Suites makes it look like a 1980s building by comparison, at least when comparing the exteriors and finish choices.
