The crane is half erected. There's no more pieces on site.

This is crane #6 in the Bloomfield district (Richmond Yards #1, #2, #3, 2710 Agricola, and The Bilby). There are four more in the north end south of this area (Velo, MR Apartments, and Trinity #1 and #2).

Work on the tower has begun. There is a crane section sitting on the podium so it'll be jacked up soon.

I'd like to see what this looks like at street level without the hoarding but the size and scale is really nice for this area. Good development.

This is one of those projects that's mid-range now but would have been a huge deal around 2000-2010.

Right? Only 93 units on a stretch that'll continue to be densified over the next 5-10 years. Yes, >70% of those are 2bedroom+, but that seems small now in comparison to what we need these days.
