You mean the British Museum?
The Kogod Courtyard in DC is acoustically perfect. You go inside and it doesn't echo whatsoever... there's none of the cacophony that usually accompanies large spaces like that. BTW, Foster only designed the canopy and vents... the ground plane and virtually everything on it was designed by Kathryn Gustafson.
