Construction is coming along nicely and seems to be full steam ahead. I’m trying to figure out how to post pictures, but it isn’t coming easily for me.

Get the link of the image and post AFTER the image link

^ that usually works if its a photo already posted online somewhere.

if its his own photo, he will have to get them hosted, like flickr or something.

The view from my apartment allows me to keep track of the construction on the north tower, but it looks as though they’ve set up the second crane to start more of the south tower.

Unrelated, but, you're a veterinarian? If so, it's great to have one on the forum! Already too many lawyers here (present company excluded, of course ).

Great picture! We are definitely increasing the scale of buildings in that area.

Yeah, I’m a veterinarian. But, I’ve been following this forum for years because of my love of architecture and urban development. I’ll try and keep this thread updated as much as possible. It’s kind of nice sitting and watching the construction happen from the comforts of home.

Looking at the renderings, the scaffolding is going up for the last concrete floor. I believe those glass walls that go over the roof are to be held by a steel frame on top the north and south face

The fins and trim are a black matte - looks nice. I hope that is the final product, something a little different than silver.

Also, the south tower core is up a level.

Nice! Glad they're still moving forward with tower 2 in full force. PMC still seems to be very bullish on Philly right now, which is good to see.

^ I'm hopeful, based on nothing in particular. However, I think that once construction is underway, they're going to push to finish it regardless of the outlook. Better to be stuck with an underperforming asset than a useless pile of concrete and steel on a lot.
