recent update to the city's development map, a new proposal has been submitted for 55 Hudson St., Jersey City.

This is down the street from the infamous
99 Hudson site. Originally planned for 95-storeys, but appears to now be 76 based on the update.

This is great news for Jersey City and the New York metro area. The tower will no doubt compliment the Manhattan skyline.
