This is set to become the new tallest in Clayton at 419', 10' taller than The Plaza which is visible to the rear of Moorlander's first picture above. This will be the second building >400' in Clayton.

The planned Phase 3 is slated to be another new tallest for the city potentially approaching 500'.

For reference, here are some pics of the Clayton, MO skyline I took this summer. Also, here are the specs for the University Club Tower, the black tower in the foreground.

23 stories, 326ft

The Centene crane can be seen right of center.

Wellbridge Athletic Club and Spa (with the green roof) has been advertising an August 2018 opening in the new Centene Building. They will be occupying the area part of the building in the foreground with the glass panels installed.

Came across the model for this tower. This shows how much massing this is going to have in respect to the current tallest in Clayton, despite only being 9' taller.

The Clayton skyline is the second largest in St. Louis.

Update from the second construction camera. Steelwork for tower 2 has now cross over the top of the Wellbridge part of the podium.

Update 3/28/18. By an inexact count it appears as though the core still has around a third to go. Should be right around 300' right now.
