The upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission Street, located across the street from Yerba Buena Park, topped off on Wednesday with the ritualistic hoisting of the final beam, including an American flag and small tree.
Designed by Handel Architects, the 45-story, 510-foot high-rise, which also uses the circa-1903 Aroson Building as part of its construction, will offer 146 residences starting in the astronomical $2.5 million price range.
Its 12 penthouse units will be priced in the $15 million to $25 million range.
And the grand penthouse, which will feature roughly 10,000 square feet of residential space and 4,500 square feet of outdoor terraces, comes in at a jarring $49 million.
There will be no below-market-rate homes available. The building is slated for completion in 2020.
