From the Webcam, I'm wondering if the residential floors of this project has in floor radiant heating. I can see the rebar being laid in a grid fashion but also wiring or tubing laid in a non-linear fashion. I don't think the latter gets removed when they do the pour.

Anyone know what that purpose is for?

Thanks, I am looking at it on a PC and can see it better now lol. It almost looked like floors of a parking garage to me on my phone.

Been taking pictures but keep forgetting to post them. At least with this bunch all at once you can see progress easily.

I walked past this the other day and overheard some ladies wondering about what this building was going to be. One of them asked if it was a parking garage lol

I know I follow these things more than most but some people are just clueless.

Called it, the crane has jumped. Also just came off the Walt Whitman Bridge, the core can be seen way better from there

And in your street photo, heading west on the sidewalk you lose another 3 feet walking west when you butt up to the adjacent steps to the bldg next to this project.
I agree Philly this sidewalk is narrow compared to Market st, but Its wider then many other sidewalks in the city & can we really compare Phillys Manhattan aka market st to a commercial philly block?

Also is this an area where a sidewalk covering/chute could have been used? or after construction is interior only or is this the only construction entrance for the building thus they have to block the whole sidewalk off
