MONTREAL | Dorchester Apartments | 120 M / 394 FT | 35 FLOORS
Another 120m tower going up on Rene Levesque Boulevard in downtown Montreal! groundbreaking starts in March as well. No idea on how many apartments the tower will have, but it'll be good for the sector since you have Guy Concordia nearby and a few colleges as well.
