The actual height of 117 is 372m,74F now, other than 376m, 75F.

I think the same...
Consider that C117 will have a height of 600m. This skyscraper has a stucture with 4 supercolums, so I think that the core can be thinner...

I have made a +350m U/C diagram (Excluding T/O and >50m).

What's happening with the "little" tower on the right? Seems to have been topped out for awhile (no cranes) and not much cladding...
