things to do in macau/macau recommendations

hey there, not sure if this will get much/any attention, but i'm looking for suggestions for how to spend my off days in macau. the casinos and old town, i can get filled in on through basic research, i'm wondering more about neat areas and restos, etc that are a little out of the way. anyway, really! i'll be spending 3-4 weeks there, so i'll have plenty of time, though i guess the rainy season will be starting pretty much right when i get there (in a couple weeks). oy.

definitely plan to hit hong kong a lot too, that city is to me as mecca is to muslims.
