I agree - this will be a really sharp building if they keep the stone/brick elements mixed with the wood exterior ceilings on the overhangs contrasting the sleek glass.

Shows you can create something interesting with effectively a squat rectangular plot by using a little creativity.

I’m a huge fan. Definitely draws inspiration from 2400 Market - which turned out great IMO - and they’ll compliment each other well. Can’t wait to see what it’s like to stroll down West Market in 20 years.

And I personally include that too lol. As I'd include antennas as a part of a building

He means elevation above sea level. The building is 282 ft.

I know. This is still a very good filler for the skyline, I'll have to update my model for a more accurate shape since this is the first time we're seeing every side now. Didn't know the east face had such a hard angle until now

^^^ Nice job! Although not very tall, it's a very impactful development.

I'm all about this building and it's height is okay.

The way it meets the street, reminds me a bit of the Stock Exchange building, which also has a large presence on the street gives off a much taller vibe than it actually is. The average person walking by probably doesn't realize it's only 8 stories tall. Same with this building, from the ground, it will appear as another really tall office building.

Plus, all the activity that this building will generate vs. it's existing use as a surface lot is going to be extremely impactful.

The only reason I wish it were taller is that it's just so darn beautiful, it deserves to be an integral part of our skyline. But alas, it should still be visible from some angles. Had this been proposed a few blocks to the east, surrounded by 500 footers, it would get lost, but here it will have prominence.

Looks great! The only bad part is the ST2 panels on the South elevation. You know those will look just awful. Everything else good.
