San Antonio sketches

Hi y'all. Recently I moved back to my hometown of San Antonio and I've done a lot of sketching. I probably already mentioned on the urban sketches thread that I correspond for a blog called Urban Sketchers, which features some urban art from contributors around the world. I love to sketch on location as a way of keeping a visual journal of the places I go and the things I see and I thought I'd share them, if anyone is interested.

Some of the best 'sketches' I've seen, I know from experience its not easy having the time and patience to sit down and sketch, but it pays off. Keep sketching you have a fantastic eye and I love the quality of line you get. Are you an illustrator by profession - if not, why not?

Thanks y'all. Pingyao, I am a professional artist, but, like most professional artists, I have several other jobs

Here are a few more San Antonio sketches I've done in the past few months:

And here are some sketches from various locations:

Portland, OR:

San Francisco:

And my former home, Bozeman, Montana:

I know this is an old thread but very nice work, Boquillas. I like the detail.

Amazing, just look at this building.
