From Peachtree Street, the improvements do look good, certainly better. But, the issue is that giant billboard facing Southbound traffic on I-85 ( see link below).

As it has stood as a static facing billboard, admittedly oversized, who can quantify the risks to motorists vs so many collective nearby billboards?

Changing this to an electronic or high quality TV like ever changing screen facing, though, given the long approach and sheer size is disconcerting and likely a safet risk distraction to countless motorists.

Make up your own mind after reading comments both pro and con:

This place was originally built as Mutual of New Yorks SE HQ's in the mid-60's.

Will this have a major role in companies coming to the city more in the future?

Not sure how big of a deal this is, sounds like it could be a huge driver as every company needs cybersecurity.

I would say so. GT is already a leader in cybersecurity, this just cements that. IBM purchased homegrown ISS awhile ago, they've made Atlanta their hub for it. This ties in nicely with our booming Fintech sector.

Metro Atlanta Development Map

I've had a few people ask me about it recently; therefore, if anyone is interested in access to my comprehensive development map, which tracks projects throughout the city, you can purchase an annual pass at this link: https://my.cheddarup.com/c/metro-atl...ent-map-access

This map displays recently completed development projects, projects that are currently under construction, projects that are planned in the near future, and also prime parcels of land for development or redevelopment. Additionally, the map outlines opportunities for pedestrian and vehicular infrastructure improvements and strategic transit expansion throughout the region. I update the map daily, and I'm always looking for feedback and suggestions for additions or improvements.

Atlanta Business Chronicles reported that Atlas Capital venture has plans to build a 32 story hotel tower and condo tower at Peachtree and Peachtree Dunnwoody rd. Kilter urban is building a 22 story Greydon Buckhead and Mill creek plans to build a 21 story apartment tower as well. Lots of projects in Buckhead in the pipelines.

I've never heard of that 32 story hotel, unless it is the one by the Church.

That park looks nice. Is it easily accessible to anyone?

Still think it’s fenced up as of a week ago. Looks to be near completion.

It's definitely still fenced. I rode by there yesterday evening.
It's completely fenced, but you can get a clear view from the east side fencing.

The park looks amazing and appears to be a nice venue for small, intimate concerts - with the downtown skyline in clear view.
