raw.

if it is cooked, processed, or in any other way altered from it's natural state, I'm not eating it.

Today I went to Robek's and had a beet, carrot, and apple juice for breakfast, and for lunch I had cucumbers, carrots, tomatos, and bell peppers with lemon juice and an apple for dessert. Tonight I am going to make a garlic, pinenut, and avocado mash and stuff a bell pepper. Since I can't cook it, I prefer to use foods which are high in flavor.

Probably sounds extreme and wacky to some, but it's something I really want to work on for a while. I've polluted myself with too much red meat, hollandaise, white carbs, and alcohol for far too long.

Why raw? Cooking food isn't bad for you, just cut out fatty foods.

Actually foods lose a LOT of their neutrients when you cook them. Its also a good way to keep a lot of un-necessary food out of your body.

Have you had results? Weight loss? More energy? I imagine so, seems like the body would shed extra weight fast with an extreme raw diet.

Urban renewal continues yet unabated near 11th St and Mohave. The street view drive is just weird.

Yes. I have been noticing an increase in demo in this area. You can see it good from the 17. Any plans for the area? Or is it just going to be a bombed out 'hood?
Makes Garfield look like PV.

Tucson's was updated recently too. Funny too because the satellite image was taken the same day as the El Tour De Tucson so there are bicyclists everywhere along the route.

I never saw this: They're all being bought out cause of the airport. I've been down there, a few hood parties around 4th St just north of the 17. The noise from an approaching jet is so loud it's unbelievable--I couldn't imagine living in Golden Gate (where Sky Harbor Center and that lone church is) or Barrios Unidos, the 'hood east of 7th St that's being torn down en masse.
