Very nice, I really like that 2nd to last one, where did you take it from and what time of day?

EDIT: VV Does someone else drive and you take it on the fly? Or do you pull over into the shoulder and stand on the side of the freeway and take it like a madman?

I-10 eastbound just as you merge off the I-17 southbound. Around 10:00am.

HX Guy,
Was it you that stated that the concrete boom was working on the core again? It still looks to be in an unused position in the most recent photos, and they are already working on the supports for the fourth floor.

I noticed it moving around on the webcam two days ago...but yesterday and today, it seems dormant again. I don't really get what the hold up is.

I wonder if the delay has anything to do with the way the building is split up in sections. If you look at the floorplans on Cityscape's website, the tower is split up into levels Lobby Floors 1-2, Lower Bank 5-15, and Upper bank 9-25. Why there are floors missing in between I have no idea, but it does seem like the elevator core is "stuck" at floor #5 and they are starting work for the columns on floor #4. Could it be that from #5 on, they will use a steel frame (like CPE) and that is causing the core to stagnate for a while?

Very interesting and plausible scenario.
