Nice layout. I've always loves islands for some reason. It gives you the chance to create a little of everything. Can't wait to see it grow.

A new building for this new city.

i was inspired by the empire state building.

It's stand 195 meter, making it the highest peak in the actual city.

Skyline to compare the heigh of the building.

I think the Hilton is a tad on the bulky side. You might want to put multiple buildings on the plots in order to create more density and realism when looking at the skyline.

Hi!

Here what is happening in this island.

First, we got the first completed building! The hilton hotel which got renamed into the sea inn.

Start texturing the Grondinville state building

The addition of twin tower (189 meter)

Looms nice but like Dac said, you should re-scale the Sea Inn to something less bulkier. The other buildings look good though and yeah, you should make small buildings along with tall ones in your blocks to create a more city feel.

Last thing, if the textures aren't yours [pictures or hand drawn], please credit the source of the textures you're using.

Looks greatt and can't wait to see the city developed!

This is a good start. I agree with Dac and Aleks that there should be more than just one building per block to make it look more realistic. I think the buildings look a bit "overgrown" now. Whether they should be low-rise or high-rise depends on the feel you want for this city. For example Hong Kong is a pretty high-rise city. I like, that you've used different architectural styles. To my opinion, it always makes a city more interesting to view.

I agree with everyone else, try downsizing some of the buildings!
