If he could make a render from the Samuel de Champlain bridge, we could see every tower.

Very Hong Kong-like minus any stunning topography.

Towers at the right of the image and those just left of the CN tower give future Toronto a bit of an Asian city look.

Updates for Kelowna. I have added a few recently proposed towers, along with a stale, older development called Monaco.

Kelowna, BC:

Total # of new towers in skyline: 34

Great work! Thank you. I like how the tower clusters in Kelowna are creating a bit of a horseshoe around the lower-rise lakeside downtown core. It's an impressive boom, and I look forward to seeing how much of it comes to fruition over the next 5 years.

That looks really pathetic. It's like one constant blue glass blob.

Luckily the 270 meter tall 11 Bay office tower will have a more golden tint than what's depicted in the rendering. Fingers crossed it gets built.

That image is so blue that even the concrete Harbourfront slabs are blue now too!

That image makes me wonder if Toronto has a height limit that states that no other building can go higher than the CN Tower observation deck.

At almost 1200ft (350m) in height I don't think there are too many cities in the world building towers consistently higher. I suspect there are technologies and economies of scale that become a big problem when you start getting into the supertall range. Things like vertical commute times and ability to sell/lease such large buildings are also a problem.

Look at Dubai:

New York's got a couple taller:

The building with the red dot got approved yesterday but it's interesting because it shows some of Hamilton's approved buildings that haven't been built yet.

The mini twin towers is Brad Lamb's Television project. The corner of Main and Queen will have three new buildings at the corner. The building on the far left is currently being built. So Queen St could have as many as four new buildings within a decade.
