This one needs a major update.

1. The office tower is complete, home to NOVARTIS Pharmaceuticals Canada, who relocated their HQ to this area.

2. Hyatt Centric hotel, first in Canada. 177 rooms, Banquette space, rooftop bar.

3. Lightspeed doubled their HQ size.
