Here are some images of the district of Saint-Sauveur, a very popular neighbourhood in Québec. The area is built on an orthogonal street grid only, only disturbed by 1 diagonal street (Aqueduc) and 1 old winding country road that has become the neighbourhood's main commercial strip : rue Saint-Vallier Ouest.

Very cool!! I checked Castroville on Google and it looks worth a visit. I can't believe I missed this place when I visited in 2019, especially because I went for a drive nearby to the villages of Bandera, medina, vanderpool, leakey etc...

I need to go back and take more photos...it's really not very far. My favorite part is the cemetery where you see inscriptions like: "Geboren im Alsace, Gestorben zu Castroville."
