these are from about 4 weeks ago too. few more weeks and i think it will be crowning. It's going to be one good looking building, that's for sure.
btw, if you come back to town, you have to go to the market at the bottom of the centuria. So cheap, and so good!

Sadly, that's about as good as it gets in Kelowna. Most of them just mark up the front of buildings in 5 seconds and run home so they don't get caught.

The last few weeks the buildings downtown have been getting covered by illegible doodles.

P.S. - Nice pics.

Reminds me of some of the small towns in Colorado, especially with that damn pine bettle. It is supposed to munch from Canada to Mexico. Thanks for the tour!

Kelowna-the heartbreak city. I say that because it's skyline always breaks my heart. It's like a miniature version of Atlanta or Houston with tall buildngs all over the place yet seemingly no downtown core. If all the buildings were together, Kelowna's skyline might rival Victoria's with about half the population.

Regardless, nice pics Wisla.

thanks phil.
the north end of the downtown is starting to have a cluster of buildings; the dolphins, grand, discovery pointe, skye, law courts, and depending on what angle you look from lofts downtown and madison make it look decent.

I often enjoy listening to Silk FM, one of my favourite stations on the earth.
Though Kelowna is so far away from where I am, I feel so close to the city!
