Police HQ should really boost foot traffic in this area and hopefully help spark demand for more food retail etc.

The train car is an Ex-RDG dining car, used on the King Coal and Wall Street. It’s trucks are in rather good condition all things considered. I’d prefer to see it restored and used for its original purpose rather than as an info desk.

So happy to see this moving along!

https://www.bizjournals.com/philadel...Pos=1#cxrecs_s

"Toll Brothers Inc. has lined up a $100.2 million construction loan through Wells Fargo to develop a 344-unit apartment complex at Broad and Noble streets in Philadelphia."

"The development will have 106 underground parking spaces, 16,176 square feet of amenity space, and 10,440 square feet of retail space that will overlook a landscaped plaza."

This is definitely going to be Toll's nicest (if only nice) project in Philadelphia to date.

I was at Nerd Street down the road. It's a pretty cool venue.

Well, at least the areas donut supply will go up! I don't see cops as looking for a white table cloth type restaurant. I hope for a good Wawa in the area.
