Yeah, not 100% I lived in a similar shaped, all brick in NY that was old and far less modern looking, but massive like this one. The one I lived in has a grand entrance with a lot of steps leading up to it, no consideration for wheelchair bound tenants since it was probably built in the 50s, and absolutely no street level interaction. This one does and also has quite a bit of busyness in the design like all the offset verticals
dizzying. Maybe too much, maybe less would be too little, I'm on the fence. If there was more continuity from one side to the other on the top portion
