There will be three more floors after the one they're working on now.

(Four after the one being worked on in that photo... it's from a couple weeks ago)

The section of Midtown already feels more like downtown than most other parts of Midtown (except 14th & Peachtree).

Once the Anthem office building, CODA, the Mark, the Standard, 880 Alexan, and the new Cousin's proposal are built and occupied,
West Peachtree and Spring street (between 10th and 3rd streets) will be bustling with pedestrians and choked full of cars all day long.

Looking north at Coda:

The plaza looks like it will be fantastic...if its not a wind tunnel.

All photos by me

I noticed that they started installing the mirrored glass section.

This is pretty much topped out now; they're pouring the roof on the taller side and are working on the last floor on the shorter one.

Not sure when it will actually open but all the glass should be up within 8 weeks or so.

Good to know! I was looking at it from 10th and Spring and CODA has a great presence in midtown’s skyline.

From an elevation perspective, i would say yes. NCR is essentially located in one of the lowest elevations of midtown, but I think the top floor of the larger NCR towers (not pictured) gives it some oomph that CODA doesn’t have. I’m not sure on actual building heights.

Here it is zoomed in a bit more:

I can see CODA easily from the EST, Ponce place, and definitely all the rooftops. It adds to the skyline, despite not being incredibly tall.

https://www.bisnow.com/atlanta/news/...-tenants-90806
  • Former “Top Chef” contestant and El Super Pan founder Hector Santiago is opening El Burro Pollo Burrito Kitchen, a concept based on Santiago's pop-up eatery.
  • Poke Burri founders Ken Yu and Seven Chan have signed a lease to open a second Poke Burri at The Collective. Poke Burri, which got its start in East Atlanta Village, is a sushi restaurant that offers dishes like sushi burritos, poke bowls and novelties such as sushi doughnuts and sushi corn dogs.
  • Portman also inked a deal with the owners of salad shop Wildleaf to open a second location at The Collective.
