Looks close to 7 or 8 feet.

They are finished with the piles and are now digging quite deep as you can see on the right. That lines up with what some were suggesting early on about how deep the site will be.

Definitely, it's larger and deeper than the photo suggests until you see the porta-potty.

There was/is quite the plan for that lot, someone here might be able to pull up a rendering.

Would really complete that corner and make Market/Bertha/James one of the coolest feeling areas in all of Winnipeg.
