Thanks TK2001 for the diagram.
Like a building in a pinstriped suit. I would have to say this and 9 DeKalb Avenue are by far my favourites going up right now. By the time this tops out we should start to see the other rise.

Yes this diagram is very informative indeed. So, the top occupied unit has its ceiling at only 1149 feet. 432 Park Ave has at least ten residential floors that are higher than that. Thus, even though 111 W 57 will become a taller residential building, 432 Park Ave will still have higher units.

Does anyone know how high the Central Park Tower's top residential floor will be?
