^screensaver addition for sure. When tourism steps up next year, this will be a beautiful place for brochure shots.

Found another one, but it seems I've seen this shot before.
Although it was dated Sep. 8:

Palm Jebel Ali Waterhomes

Does anyone know latest status of the waterhome project. Impossible to get any info out of Nakheel but I see on their website a new image showing waterhomes extending from the fronds in addition to surrounding the fronds.

1. Is the project going to happen?
2. What is the latest time plan - Slugbelch talks about 2009 for completion of P JA - is that first occupation?
3. Have all the Waterhomes been sold by Nakheel and is there any resale market.

This is my first post so hope I have followed all protocols!

Mike.

Welcome Mike. No one knows for sure. I think all the palms need to be moved back a couple more years before I would move in just based on construction mess/traffic alone.

All four in a group photo taken on the 27th:

Well, since palm JA and the waterfront were merged into one project it could take a little longer

True dubai updated with more stuff, but a bit dated. I think about 2 or 3 weeks. Still some good shots though.

Heaven on earth. UAI are very good at not delaying the construction and getting projects done in timely manner unlike some cities here in the US. Very nice.

Not sure, but right now, it should be easy to find. Once the beach residences open up, there will be many to get that great view.
