Height updates for São Paulo buildings from Google Earth

(There has been a previous thread on this subject, but it didn't go too far: https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=245985)

With this I hope to start solving, in one way or another, an issue that has been irking me for quite a while.

Given some of my own "test cases" which I can show if someone's interested, as well as others' experiences with determining heights from Google Earth, I feel motivated to bring some suggestions for updates here.

What follows are several buildings (but this presumably just scratches the surface!) for which I found differences of a few meters or more between the published values and the ones obtained with GE. In a couple of cases, I list official values which roughly match the ones obtained with this method.

Mirante do Vale: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1537
antenna: 135 m (869 - 734)
roof: 133 m (867 - 734)
Notes: Roof height is measured to the landing pad surface. "Antenna" includes fences and dishes mounted atop the building.

Edifício Itália: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1527
antenna: 157 m (914 - 757)
roof: 145 m (902 - 757)
Notes: Antenna is not modelled in much detail, so I wouldn't consider its height estimate to be very reliable.

Edifício Altino Arantes: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=708
spire: 168 m (915 - 747)
roof: 154 m (901 - 747)

Parque Cidade Jardim: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=84663
roof: 153 m (888 - 735)

EZ Towers A and B: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=52366
https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=15497
roof: 146 m (877 - 731)
Notes: One of the towers has its height shorter by a meter, however its top was not fully clad when it was imaged.

Josephine Baker: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=42959
roof: 146 m (932 - 786)
Notes: Small spire atop the building is not modelled.

Birmann 21: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1662
spire: 154 m (127 m + 27 m of spire height from Emporis)
roof: 127 m (855 - 728)
Notes: Spire's modelling is pretty much useless in GE.

Eco Berrini: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=73208
spire: remove the current value
roof: 140 m from Aflalo & Gasperini Arquitetos
Notes: The Skyscraper Center gives 140.1 m, GE gives 139 m.

Itaú Fidelité Marginal Pinheiros: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1556
antenna: 140 m (870 - 730)
roof: 138 m (868 - 730)

Inhambú and Canário: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=10983
https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=10988
roof: 135 m (878 - 743)

WTorre Morumbi: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=4837
roof: 138 m from Aflalo & Gasperini Arquitetos
Notes: GE also gives 138 m (868 - 730).

Edifício Copan: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1526
antenna: 126 m (887 - 761)
roof: 125 m (886 - 761)

Nova York Penthouses: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=33001
roof: 106 m (839 - 733)

Capital Building: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=84673
roof: 128 m (868 - 740)

Plaza Centenário: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1555
roof: 135 m (864 - 729)

Mandarim: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=11084
roof: 131 m (860 - 729)

Torre São Paulo I: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=64441
roof: 138 m (866 - 728)

Continental Tower: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=84674
roof: 124 m (868 - 744)

RochaVerá Plaza Torre C: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=27862
roof: 137 m (868 - 731)

Moreira Salles: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1669
roof: 124 m (879 - 755)

Ipiranga 165: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1720
roof: 116 m (876 - 760)

Park Tower: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=18666
roof: 106 m (853 - 747)

Conde de Prates: https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=4138
roof: 125 m (867 - 742)

Yes, that is true, we should change the heights in Sao Paulo according to the Google Earth ones (they are more confiable than the "official" heights, and despite that sounds strange the Mirante do Vale only have 134-135m of height, and that heights makes sense when you see the Quilmeño89 explanation

I might be late, but is there a reason why only some of the buildings here have been updated?

Also, this might be useful to fix the issue of old values appearing in the diagram view.
