That's a sweet project!I could really see something like that in Oslo, or somewhere in NW Europe. Amsterdam maybe? Oh! And Tokyo!

thanks lads but today is the day that i realised that
i can finally make the city that i always wanted to.
Learning from ssp r city i can now merge models
in kerky so sketchup lags dont matter anymore..

so i merged my mini city three times and am
loving the results..

here is my first merge pratice go..



a toyota city will be on the way...

That is a great way to keep modelling in spite of computer limitations! Just do the next block, and then the next, etc. This will be good.

true mr.h but its hard to merge exactly where i
want but i will find away.....i want to make a city the size
of sampadoria/pushpull city.

well i was gonna give up skyscraper page for awhile
but since the weather is so shit in ireland i have some
time on my hands again.I know this thread says lowrise
but im gonna put in some midrise.Im in a commie block
mood and the moment,so im just doing some council
estates cos every city should have them and europe
is full to brim of them..the uglier the better and niice ones
aint bad either....
