Hypothalamus, I'm wondering why so many of those heights are different from what is currently listed. Do we know for sure that those are correct?

The heights are probably just out-dated in the title. I've been using Skyscraper Center to look for the correct height. The SkyscraperPage Database seems to take those exact figures from Skyscraper Center; they are the same. I've posted on the respected thread a link to the Skyscraper Center page for the building.

I posted another source from washington.edu to confirm the height. It does indeed reflect the title change proposal I stated a couple of days ago.

Mods, please reopen the Trinity project thread, link below. Only Phase I and II have been built. There was a brief worry Phase III wouldn't, and it has been value-designed since inception, but it is definitely still going. They are almost done excavating the massive subterranean parking structure for it, and vertical will start this year. See pics below, which I took this past weekend.

Done.

One note, typically tower crane placement isn't an official sign of construction. A building isn't under construction until actual foundations are being placed for the building itself and until construction is actively taking place.

Apologies, I used the wrong street in the title for the project as today brought news of three different developments.

145-155 West Street is infact a 39 story mixed development near the site but was added to other articles relating to this project which made it confusing until I rechecked.
