I have checked the height and it is correct:
134 m. But it doesn't have 51 floors, it has
45. The total height is equivalent to about 48,5 floors (adding the upper structure). The approximate height of each office level is about
2,71 m (ground floor: 4 m; the next 5 levels, around 3 m).

Ceilings don't hide much (only the concrete slabs, actually, except in that apartment of the photo, where it's seen that it's somewhat lowered). If you look from the outside you will notice it:

Also, the building became mixed-use, as many of its offices were now converted into housing.
