^ That Bank of Hamilton is one of my favorite buildings downtown.

With the parkades as part of these portfolios, I smell residential conversion. At least for the Bank of Hamilton Building.

grain exchange also has tenits u cant move out easly as its a major hub in national telcomications
aka its where everyone goes to conect to the fibers that cros canada

These would make beautiful mixed use developments. And the parkades could be redeveloped as well. In all good news.
