I had similar thoughts when going through, but I will say that the sit down options, particularly the deck is great! I went over and the inside was packed around 8pm and the roof deck was a very good chill spot.

I understand how you could walk in there and think it is kind of crazy. But the layout doesn't bother me in the least. The first time I went in, it was as confusing as confusing can be. The second time, I could roughly find my way around. By the third time, I was as precise and efficient there as any other supermarket. No, it doesn't have the standard suburban big box layout. And you can certainly provide examples of "why isn't product x closer to product y". It is different, but I think it is very good - especially considering the fact that they had to integrate the outdoor eating space, indoor eating space, beer wall, ready-made food, etc.

(I know what you are thinking but no, I don't work for Giant.)

Those river facing balconies are going to be, as the kids say, lit.

Now a real RIVERFRONT is shaping up very nicely
and attracting new attention
I would love to see SEPTA clean & beautify this bridge and it's piers.
New lighting would go a long way.
It wouldn't take much to make this a real stunner
as it sits heavy on the skyline and a very visible piece of the city scape

I can't find much info on this bridge.
