Probably safe to say anything that's officially started construction and has a planned final height taller than what The One has currently reached will surpass it at some point.

I guess One Yonge and The One will meet in the 20 to 30 storey range.
One Yonge's two storey retail podium will probably take two months. The rest of the podium and tower floors should go up twice as fast as One Bloor's recent pace.
I posted my update of the project on it's respective thread, seeing as it would've been redundant to post here. It's good to see this thing rising finally in a more substantial rate.
We still have quite a bit of height to go with this bad boy. I saw it in person for the first time in a while last week. It's a beast... and that glass is killer. One a kind tower.
The One is so far looking quite impressive in size even though it is not that large of a footprint, on the ground it seems like an immense sized building.
