This project has been off my radar due to it's location but until I can swing by and get some photos Dexel has been releasing project updates;

This one is much more prominent than I figured:

You can just see the newest columns from the bridge now as you drive over.

I looked at Dexel's website today and it looks like this received a bit of a haircut since the oversized rendering i posted on the last page. It has lost the high ceiling top floor and an intermediate floor between the podium and tower.

Probably for the best just for the sake of not having to drag construction out for as long under the current conditions. Construction sites must be a bit tedious right now.

Not sure how much time they have left on this project but it's interesting how construction sites are planned on a time scale of months and years. We don't know what the distancing measures, outbreak, or economy will be like 2 weeks from now, let alone 3 months or 12 months. Real estate developers will need to be very flexible.

A week right now feels like about a month of normal economic news and turmoil.

Great pic. Another development perfectly suited to people who don't want to own a car. Quinpool Superstore is a block away, and the front door of this building is served by a bus to downtown every few minutes (between routes 4, 7, and 8).

Height is distorted on this one due to the fisheye lens:

If this is correct, then this is 12 floors not 14, and has now topped out.
