I sincerely hope that this doesn't happen. Perhaps, with some luck BIG's monstrosity on 29th Street won't rise either.

I really don't care for this one. If it gets built, that's fine. But it's not a design I like so close to the ESB.

This would of been good on 57th Street, on the existing project bought by Sheldon Solow at 16 West 57th Street.

It would kinda be an eyesore next to the ESB.

Well, it seems we are still going through with this. I'm sure there will be some great views up there for the residents.

Given the estimated completion of 2022 per SLCE Architects, I'm hoping we see some action going forward this year.

Considering the massive condo glut, this must be a money laundering project for oligarchs.

This isn't the only condo project floating around.

I really hope that this ridiculous piece of garbage isn't built. Between this and Macklowe's piece of trash next to St. Pat's, NY's skyline will be blemished.

You just don't like this building because you hate boxes, and therefore you want to punish success!

Those porthole windows are terrible. I really hope they fix that.

This fits in perfectly with this stretch of Fifth. Tiny footprint and the block preserved, with (presumably) all the air rights on the tower lot.

Is tall, build it! New York is messy and ugly mix of randomness that makes this city beautiful
