ADELAIDE South Australia

Adelaide is the capital of South Australia and has a metropolitan area population of approximately 1.2m.

Unfortunately for Adelaide it has been held back from building very tall buildings due to a combination of height restrictions imposed by the City Council and the bodies in control of airspace requirements.

At present the tallest building is the Westpac tower at 135m.

Here is a couple of buildings on the drawing board

Spire Living - 107m - 37lvl




Hanging Gardens Hotel - 81m - 22lvl
