I have been there but I don't miss it at all. Over-highly consumption level, over-crowded homeless people blocking street corners.

Yeah it's all about money. If I had enough, I'd never complain about overpriced everything and to be showing self up in some better areas.

This is in the Fairview area, Residential is slowly taking over what was light industrial, like print shops, automotive shops etc. Its still fairly mixed.
