I really liked the previous rendering... This is still welcome though, mostly because of height.

Yes, but have the other towers disappeared, or are they hiding behind the one in the foreground?

I like the proposed park. Lets hope they don't cheapen it and omit the fountain.

Ah, thanks, A.G. The three shorter ones have been severely scaled back. It was an (unsustainably?) enormous development in its original incarnation.

Thanks for the update, should have word on approval before the end of 2016.

This is a massive project and could potentially be Toronto's first supertall, along with the Mizrahi project on Bloor.

I wonder what the chances of the Gehry are. Approved and all, yet there hasn't been a whisper for a while.

Architectural plans for the renders above have finally been posted on the Cities website, which means we have a new formal height. The current project has a mechanical top of 303m, with the stylized parapet above reaching 320m. This project has gained some height!

I'm really loving the look of this now, it'll really become a huge deal for the downtown core/city and public if this proposal is approved and actually built. Of course, I'm not sure if the project in its current plan will survive the OMB hearing, and other things.
