Public Amenity Contributions
Affordable housing in line with the City’s Developer-Sponsored Affordable Housing Policy
Contributions in line with the City’s Community Amenity Contributions Policy. The development currently proposes a variety of contributions including:
A minimum of 10 three-bedroom units that are family-oriented
Streetscape improvements along 80 Avenue NW, 81 Avenue NW and 105 Street NW
A publicly-accessible corridor through the site
Public art contribution in the amount of $7.00 per sq. m of floor area (approximately $300,000 based on the current proposed Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 5.0 and the site size)

Any word on this? It would be nice to see that parking lot go, especially with the amount of retail that the rendering is showing. Also nice to see the incorporation of brick like the surrounding structures. Will tie in nicely.

I would expect movement on this in 2020, for they are ambitious and bullish on the Edmonton marketplace.
