I have been wondering the same thing for a while now. I know the best nachos are at Racines on 6th and Sherman. But hotdog I'm still on a quest for..

Best hot dog? Easy! $1.50 Hebrew National Hot Dog and soda at Costco!

No joke, Hebrew National dogs are amazingly good. Maybe Nathan's is a LITTLE better, but damn, they're still awesome dogs!

The Russian hot dog guy at 18th and Arapahoe of course. Or Steve's Snappin' Dogs on East Colfax. Also, a Chicago hot dog place on West Colfax, near Wadsworth.

There's a Vienna hot dog stand on 21st between Larimer and Market...haven't been there, but looks pretty good.

What is a fresh Jalapeno not good on? I always try to keep a supply of them at home. YUM to spicy food.

And yes, speaking as a male between the ages of 18-34, Forever 21 has no appeal to me. Even my sisters never liked to shop there. And you're definitely right about the stupid name.
I heard about In-n-Out opening in Texas. They used to claim they'd never move beyond California for some reason. I bet Denver gets an In-n-Out before a Trader Joes. But I'm not a meat eater, so I don't personally care if In-N-Out comes here. Although it would be weird to see one without the trademark crossed palm trees in front.

Forever 21 implies it's for people who don't dress their age!

I've heard before from different sources that In-n-Out never wanted to open a store more than a day's drive away from their headquarters in Los Angeles. They have opened stores in Arizona, Utah, and Nevada (mostly in the last ten years), which I've been told by Californians can be done within a day. I think they're expanding even more, however, because the family that owns it is batshit crazy and now strapped for cash.
