Effin Bricks, I Love Em

Why are bricks so freaking amazing? Extruded, molded, Flemish bond, English bond, Double English Bond, English Cross Bond. Effin bricks make cities and history. Post your favorite brick buildings.

I love Roman bricks. Before Augustus came along and covered everything with marble, Rome was a red city - the insula built from them could reach 6 or more stories.
