When you really take a good look at that photo, it becomes apparent that it's a
really great photo.
First, it's one of the most expansive and visually complete overviews of the decade's worth of new projects in Transbay/SoMa. Look wider and you get a clear idea of how these new forms are juxtaposed beside the older core skyline. Look at all that blueee on the newest stuff! Look wider still, and you see they managed to include a clear visual of the trademark hills, and even Coit Tower. Look
widest and you see it manages the near impossible task of featuring
both the Bay Bridge
and the Golden Gate Bridge in one photo that isn't an aerial photo.
You can see
so much
so clearly. It's San Francisco in a single image! An 11 out of 10 for me.
