This will be really nice once its leased up. A chance to bring some street life to an otherwise completely dead part of town.

No retail leases on the ground floor that I could see yet, but a tough bet until things rebound.

They really did a nice job hiding the parking garage. Turned out better than I expected.

This one turned out really nice, it looks like we did very similar walks. I went for a walk downtown on Friday because it was such a nice day. I didn't get the chance to cover as much ground as you did, so I didn't get to see this building in person or make it over to where Fremont Place is going up.
