I was just gonna say, with some retail thrown in and a little less of the houses, something like this would be awesome in the west harbour.

It should be sixty stories not six.

Why are we talking about a six-story building on a skyscraper site? Who cares, we need to build UP not OUT, this is boring sprawl. O I forgot that Hamilton hasn't built 3 skyscrapers in 25 years.

Now that is how you do a suburban main street. Those frontages all different, right up against the street are beautiful and really mimic the old style street fronts of a downtown really well with a modern touch. They even have cornices at the tops!
