View from Bald Mtn, Sonoma County: San Francisco from 60 miles away, 3000 ft up

Bald Mountain straddles Sonoma and Napa Counties, and is part of Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. The park was set to close because of budget cuts, but was taken over by Team Sugarloaf (http://sugarloafpark.org/Sugarloaf_R...Sugarloaf.html), a set of 5 non-profit organizations that have also taken over Jack London State Park in Glen Ellen.

All photos by me of course.

Beautiful. I've been up on Mt. Tamalpais, and the view is spectacular.

Great views! I looked up this mountain to see where the views were from. Amazing that you can see so far away, when around here, seeing 30 miles away is tough. But then again, things are a lot flatter here in Delaware and the surrounding area.
