My favourite part is the 76 bicycle parking spots. Does anyone commute up there by bicycle? Methinks the bike spots will turn into a very vacant space that is used primarily for long-term storage of bicycles, only to take them out on holidays or trips.

It's like developers and the city have no idea how people actually live...

Now if they build a cycle way above or beside the Linc, people would likely actually cycle, across town, then likely North.

This property is on Old Golf Links Road. It runs off of Stone Church Road that has a bike lane on both sides running from the ramp from the 403/Link across the mountain to Mud Street. I see people on it all the time.
