I think it's being built on the eastern side of AquaBlu.

Do you mean the one in the back on the right side of this photo? That is Waterview Condominiums (9 & 9 Floors).

AquaZul hasn't started construction yet. I think It'll be built on the far left of that photo, to the left of AquaBlu.

No, AquaZul is the one on the left in that photo, and it is is the one getting the height increase.

Ah, my mistake. When I looked at the new pic for the taller Zul I was thinking it included both buildings, connected at the back... and must have looked at the earlier photo with only my left eye.
