It reminds me of Skyhouse without the airport hanger on the roof. I wonder if it will go up as fast.

Nice!

Did this gain some height with the new crown? The following image makes it seem like they did:https://austin.towers.net/wp-content...ieb_design.gif

I can't imagine so, if only because there are Skyhouse apartments in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Nashville, all of which are functionally identical. A lot of small issues that might otherwise cause brief delays are likely worked out by the 4th iteration of the same building...

We could legalize that form of development around the city and see more of it built. Interesting that much of what is demoed that we find hard to watch isn’t even legal to build today. That’s depressing.

Annie B is a good looking tower with much needed housing--excited to watch it rise.

This one seems to be one of the forgotten projects. There can't be much going on beyond the demo because the site plan is still awaiting approval.

The site is in the exact same state as the post/photo from June 23 (sans the excavator).

I think you are at 15th and San Antonio. That would be a different project. This one is at 12th and San Antonio.

It happens, a truly mind blowing number of projects to keep track of!

This is what is going in at the site you photographed. From Towers:

Elevations with the redesigned top have been released. I have it as gaining one floor and 17 feet.

I'm really liking this one. Yeah, it's more glass, but those setbacks are really attractive. I also think despite being glass that it'll have nice texture.

I quite like the design of the parking podium.
