Here are some pictures taken by me approximately around 2012 onward. Kind of an intro to some of my photography.

Approximately 4 years, 7 months between these shots of Metrotown from the Granville Bridge.

Not precisely the same angle but I cropped them to compare the growth of the skyline (last two pics).

Grteat pics, as always! But I can't believe the people in their bathing suits and the guy on the water?! WTF ahhh I can't imagine swimming in this weather. Polar Bear swim is different, it is a one-off tradition and an institution. But going to the beach and then swimming on Oct. 31st is crazy to me. But does make for good promo photos for the city

I was at Lonsdale Quay back in September and saw these treasures that had obviously been recently dragged up from the bottom of the ocean.

They were put out for viewing just to the West of the art gallery.

I tell ya... the things you can catch in a random photo.

I was trying to line up the volleyball players and the skyline and the mountains and I didn't realize that I caught something else going on until I enlarged this photo on my computer.

Man it's pretty early in the season to be out playing volleyball...and walking around in a singlet. Boy am I getting old and wimpy. But then I'm still skiing on weekends so maybe it's more of a mindset thing...

This is what I see in mcminsen 'Spring is in the Air' photo, a couple making out and their two friends spotting them with smiles of approval.

It took me 10 years of living in Vancouver before recently visiting the Vancouver Lookout revolving restaurant on top of Harbour Centre. it's the last remaining publicly accessible revolving restaurant in the city with an amazing view.

Elevators to the top run on the side of the 28-floor office tower below the observation deck.

The restaurant offers a very nice (and expensive) Sunday buffet.

View facing east extends over Gastown neighborhood with two Burnaby skylines in the horizon.

Sun Tower was the tallest building in Canada upon completion in 1912.

Victory Square is a small patch of green.

Beautiful Dominion Building stands next to the square.

Woodward's Building is the only high-rise building in Gastown.

BC Place stadium

New office buildings next to the stadium.

View towards Yaletown.

Downtown towers make the view towards southwest.

Tallest buildings of Downtown in the middle.

The Stack will be the tallest office tower in town.

Marine Building was once the tallest building in British Imperium.

Coal Harbour rises in the west.

The small air control tower on top of Granville Square tower is the tallest control tower in the world.

I feel bad not visiting the observation deck before, as the view is certainly worth seeing at least once. Also the restaurant was definitely worth the price, especially the Sunday buffet.
